This page explains what information ClarityOpp LLC collects through this website, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
Details you send us. When you request an audit or a report, we receive what you enter in the form: your name, business name, website address, email, phone number if you give one, type of business, what you asked for, and any notes. If you book a consultation or email us, we receive what you provide there.
How the site is used. We use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are, what device and browser they use, and how they arrived. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this.
How we use it
- To prepare your audit or report and send it to you.
- To reply to you and deliver the services you ask for.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
We do not sell your information.
Who handles it for us
A small number of service providers process information on our behalf:
- Netlify hosts this website and stores form submissions.
- Google provides our analytics, email, and consultation booking.
- Our payment provider handles payments when you buy a report or plan. We never see or store your card number.
Audits use public information
When we audit a business, we look only at information that is publicly available online, such as its website, listings, and reviews.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as we need them to provide our services and keep business records. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
- Ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing mail@clarityopp.com.
- Block or delete analytics cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them.
