Terms of service

These terms apply when you use this website, request a free audit, or buy a report or reporting plan from ClarityOpp LLC ("ClarityOpp"). By requesting or buying a service, you agree to them.

Separate agreements

Annual retainers and website projects are covered by their own written agreement. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the written agreement applies.

Free audits

A free audit comes with no obligation to buy. It is provided as is, and ClarityOpp may decline any request.

Paid reports

Before you pay, we confirm in writing what the report covers and when it will be delivered. Payment is due in full before work starts.

Payments, refunds, and credits

All sales are final. Payments are non-refundable once work has begun. Completed or delivered work is non-refundable. ClarityOpp does not issue credits.

If you cancel before work has begun, any refund is at ClarityOpp's sole discretion.

Ongoing reporting

Ongoing reporting is billed in advance, either monthly or annually. A monthly plan can be cancelled at any time, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for. An annual plan is paid up front for twelve months.

There are no refunds or credits for partial periods or unused services. Listed prices are starting prices for reporting only and do not include other services.

No guarantee of results

Search rankings, map positions, AI answers, traffic, and sales depend on search engines, AI providers, competitors, and other things ClarityOpp does not control. ClarityOpp does not guarantee any ranking, mention, traffic level, lead, or sale.

What reports are based on

Audits and reports are based on publicly available information and third-party data at the time they are prepared. That information can be incomplete and can change. You decide which recommendations to act on, and ClarityOpp is not responsible for the results of changes made by you or anyone acting for you.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information about your business and website.
• Have the authority to request work on the website and accounts you ask us to review.
• Keep your own backups before making changes to your website.

Ownership

Once paid for, a report is yours to use for your own business. ClarityOpp keeps ownership of its methods, checklists, and templates, and may use findings in anonymous or combined form in studies and samples.

Limits on liability

Services are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

To the fullest extent the law allows, ClarityOpp's total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service, and ClarityOpp is not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, or any indirect or consequential loss.

Changes to these terms

ClarityOpp may update these terms. The version in effect when you buy a service applies to that purchase.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which ClarityOpp LLC is registered.
